Subscription Settings in WIZniche

A complete guide to upgrading your WIZniche plan, purchasing add-ons, updating payment methods, and viewing your billing history.

Accessing Your Subscription

To view or change your current plan details:

  1. Navigate to Settings from the main menu.

  2. Scroll down to the Accounting section.

  3. Click on Subscription.


1. Overview & Billing History

The main subscription screen gives you a clear snapshot of your account status.

  • Current Plan: On the right, you will see your active tier (e.g., Kick-Starter, Stater, Team or Professional), the price per month, and your next billing date.

  • Billing History: The main table on the left shows a complete log of all past payments. You can see the Amount, Date, and specific Add-ons included in each invoice. This is useful for tax and accounting purposes.


2. Changing or Upgrading Your Plan

Whether you are scaling up to the Professional plan or just need more users, follow these steps:

Step 1: Choose Your Plan

  1. Click the blue Change Plan button.

  2. Select Frequency: Use the toggle at the top to choose between Monthly or Yearly billing.

  3. Select Tier: Review the features for each tier (Kick Starter, Starter, Team, Professional) and click Choose Plan on the one that fits your needs.

Step 2: Customize (Add-ons)

WIZniche allows you to customize your subscription so you only pay for what you need. In this step, you can add specific features to your base plan:

  • Additional Employee Accounts: Add more seats for your team ($20.00/user).

  • SMS Allowance: Purchase additional blocks of 250 SMS credits if you send high volumes of notifications.

  • Module Add-ons: Enable specific tools like Inventory Manager, Event Management, or Equipment Tracking by clicking Add.

Real-Time Summary: As you add items, the Bill Summary on the right sidebar will update instantly to show your new total per month.

Step 3: Checkout

  1. Review your Payment Information.

  2. Billing Address: Verify your address. You will see a map confirmation to ensure accuracy.

  3. Proration: The summary will show any Prorated credits (money credited back to you for unused time on your previous plan) and the Amount due today.

  4. Click Submit to finalize the change.


3. Updating Your Payment Method

If your credit card is expiring or you wish to switch cards:

  1. Locate the Payment Method card on the right side of the main Subscription screen.

  2. Click the Edit (Pencil Icon) button.

  3. A pop-up will appear. Enter your new Card Number, Expiry, and CVC.

  4. Click Update.


4. Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to pause or end your service:

  1. Click the gray Cancel plan button under your Current Plan details.

  2. Warning: A confirmation pop-up will appear stating exactly when your access will end (e.g., "This action will cancel your subscription on December 13, 2025").

  3. Click Confirm to proceed.

Note: Upon canceling, you will typically retain access to your account features until the end of your current billing cycle.
