1. Upcoming Appointment Slider & Map

The center of the homepage focuses on your immediate schedule. This section features a swipeable slider and a dynamic map of your upcoming jobs.

  • Job/Assessment Cards: Each card displays the Job Details and the location which dynamically updates on your map.

  • Quick Redirect: Clicking any card in the upcoming appointment slider instantly takes you to that specific Job/Assessment page so you can view the details.

  • Get Directions: A blue button on top of the cards instantly opens your maps application to navigate to the site.

  • Create Job: If you scroll to the end of the slider, you will find a Create Job button to quickly book a new appointment.

  • View All: Tapping this button redirects you to the full Schedule Tab for a detailed view of your calendar.

Note: Job/Assessment Cards automatically show up on the homepage of the assigned technicians and operators.


2. Header & Activity Log

When you log in, the top of the screen displays a "Welcome Back" message. In the top right corner, you will see an Activity Icon. Tapping this opens the Activity Log, which serves as the pulse of your business.

  • What’s Recorded: It tracks every major action, such as creating quotes, converting jobs, sending invoices, or customers approving work.

  • Unread Tab: Switch to this tab to focus only on updates you haven't seen yet.

  • Date Filter: Use the filter to review the history for a specific past date.

  • Quick Redirect: Clicking any item in the log (e.g., "Invoice #500 Paid") instantly takes you to that specific record so you can view the details.


3. Business Overview (Dashlets)

Below the map, the Overview Section features "Dashlets" that provide a high-level financial and operational summary. Tapping any dashlet opens the respective list page with filters automatically applied.

  • Assessments: Displays the count of Scheduled assessments.

  • Quotes: Displays the Total Dollar Amount of the Open quotes.

  • Invoices: Displays the Total Dollar Amount of Current or Past Due invoices that are awaiting payment.

  • Jobs: Displays the count of Scheduled jobs currently on the books.

  • Properties & Customers: Shows the total count of records in your database.


4. Notifications & Requests Banner

A blue New Notifications Banner sits permanently near the top of the screen to alert you to urgent items. Tapping it opens a dedicated screen with two tabs:

  • Notifications Tab: Updates on approvals and payments. Tapping a notification redirects you to the relevant transaction.

  • Requests Tab: This lists all incoming Online Booking Requests from your website.

Note: You can open a request card, assign a technician, and schedule it. The assigned technician receives an instant notification on their device.


5. The Quick-Create Button (+)

Located in the bottom corner of the Homepage (and all main screens), the Blue Floating Action Button (+) is your shortcut menu. Tap it to instantly create a new:

  • Assessment

  • Quote

  • Job

  • Invoice

  • Customer

  • Property

  • Message
