Mobile App: How to Create a New WIZniche Account

A step-by-step guide to signing up for WIZniche directly from the mobile app, activating a 14-Day Free Trial.

Getting Started

  1. Open the WIZniche mobile app.

  2. Existing Users: If you already have an account, simply click Log In.

  3. New Users: Click the Get Started button to begin the registration process.


Step 1: Personal Information

First, you need to create your administrator profile. Fill in the following fields:

  • First Name & Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Password

Once entered, click Continue.


Step 2: Email Verification

For security, we need to verify your email address.

1. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code.

2. Enter the code into the app and click Verify Email.

Troubleshooting:

  • Didn't get the code? Click the Resend Code button.

  • Wrong email? Click Back to Registration to correct your email address.


Step 3: Business Information

Now, let's set up your company profile.

1. Business Name Search (Google Autofill) Start typing your Business Name in the search field.

  • Found it? Select your business from the list. WIZniche will automatically populate your address and contact details.

  • Not found? Click the (+) Blue Button or the link labeled "Click here to add a custom business name" to enter your details manually.

2. Company Size Select your Number of Employees from the dropdown menu (e.g., 1, 2–6, 7–10, 10+).


Step 4: Business Details

Review and complete your business contact information. If you used Google Autofill, some of this will be done for you.

  • Business Phone & Website: Your primary contact info.

  • Support Email: This is the email your customers will see and reply to.

  • Billing Email: This is where WIZniche will send your subscription invoices and alerts.

  • Address & Time Zone: Ensure your physical address and time zone are correct.

Once reviewed, click Start Free Trial.


Step 5: Enjoy Your Free Trial

Click the Start Free Trial button. This automatically activates a 14-Day Free Trial of the Professional Plan, giving you immediate access to all features.


Step 6: Your Dashboard & Next Steps

You will land on the Home Screen (Dashboard), where you can see your map and business overview. You will also see a "Quick Start" stepper to help you:

  1. Get Paid Faster: Set up your Business Wallet to accept credit cards.

  2. Setup Message Center: Enable two-way SMS communication.

Editing Your Profile Your default business hours are set to Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. To change your logo, hours, or address later:

  1. Tap the More tab in the bottom menu.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Tap Company Profile.
