Company Profile Settings in WIZniche

Learn how to set up your company identity, location, and operating hours to ensure accurate scheduling.

Why is this important?

Your Company Profile is the central nervous system of your WIZniche account. It dictates your branding, your location for map services, and most importantly, your availability.


Step 1: Access Company Settings

  1. Click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click on Company Profile.

Step 2: Company Identity & Support

Here you establish how your brand appears to customers.

  • Logo: Upload your company logo. This will appear on your invoices and the client hub.

  • Support Info: Enter your primary Company Phone, Support Email, and Website.

  • Time Zone: Select your correct time zone from the dropdown.

    • Note: Setting the correct time zone is vital. If this is wrong, your appointment reminders sent to clients may show the wrong time.

Step 3: Setting Your Address

  1. Start typing your address in the Primary Address field.

  2. Google Preview: WIZniche will auto-populate options from Google Maps. Once selected, a map preview will appear on the right to verify the pin location.

  3. Billing Address: If your billing address is the same as your physical location, simply toggle the switch "Set as Primary."

Step 4: Business and Online Hours

Business Hours

These are the hours your team is physically available to work.

  1. Select Days: Check the box next to the days you are open (e.g., Mon-Fri). Unchecked days are considered "Closed" and cannot be booked.

  2. Set Time: Use the Clock Icon to set your Open and Close times for each day.

  3. Reset: If you make a mistake, click the "X" to reset the times.

NOTE: Your Business Hours directly control your job scheduling. If you do not set these correctly, you may be unable to schedule jobs, as the system by default only allows bookings during defined open hours.

Online Hours

These are the hours you allow customers to book services themselves via the Client Hub.

  • Using the Toggle: You can click the toggle "Use Company Business Hours" to match them automatically to your internal schedule.

  • Customizing: If you want to prevent last-minute evening bookings, you can set your Online Hours to end earlier than your actual Business Hours.

Company Holidays

You can manage your team's non-working days directly within the Company Profile settings. This ensures the system recognizes specific dates as holidays across your entire app.

Pre-filled Holidays By default, the system pre-fills popular American holidays for the current year. These include:

  • New Year's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Veterans Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

Adding a Custom Holiday If you need to add regional holidays or specific company time-off:

  1. Click the Add button in the holidays section.

  2. A form will appear with two fields:

    • Holiday Name: Enter the name of the event.

    • Date: Select the specific calendar date.

  3. Save your changes to apply this holiday across the app.

Editing and Deleting You have full control over both pre-filled and custom holidays. Next to any existing entry, use the action buttons to:

  • Edit: Change the name or date of a holiday.

  • Delete: Remove the holiday from your schedule entirely.

Don't Forget to Save: You must click the Save button (available throughout the page) to ensure your changes are recorded.
