Company Document Setting in WIZniche

How to upload insurance and liability documents to build trust with your clients.

Why upload documents?

Transparency builds trust. By uploading your General Liability or Workers' Compensation forms and making them visible, you reassure high-value clients (like commercial property managers) that you are a verified, safe professional.


Access Company Document Settings

  1. Click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click on Company Documents.

How to Add Documents

  1. Go to Settings > Company Settings > Company Documents.

  2. You will see slots for three specific document types:

    • General Liability

    • Workers Compensation

    • Auto Insurance

  3. Click the Upload Box to select the file from your computer.

  4. Preview: Use the preview button to ensure the document is legible.

Controlling Visibility

Once uploaded, you will see a specific toggle switch next to the document name: Show in Client Hub.

  • Toggle ON: The document is visible to your customers when they log into their Client Hub (e.g., when booking a service or paying an invoice).

  • Toggle OFF: The document remains saved in WIZniche for your internal records but is hidden from clients.

Note: You can delete or update these documents at any time using the Trash Can or Edit icons if your insurance policy renews.
