Why is this important?
Request forms automate your intake process. Instead of playing phone tag, you can provide a simple link where customers can enter their details, property address, and service needs. WIZniche allows you to customize these forms for four different channels:
Text Request: A link designed to be sent via SMS.
Email Request: A link designed for emails or campaigns.
Website Integration: A URL you can embed on your company website.
Client Hub: A form available inside your customer's WIZniche Client Hub.
Step 1: Access Request Settings
Click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the Request section.
You will see four options: Text Request, Email Request, Website Integration, and Client Hub Request Form.
Note: The setup process is nearly identical for all four options. Select the channel you want to configure to begin.
Step 2: Choose Your Form Type
Once you open a request channel (e.g., Website Integration), you must first decide what the customer is asking for. You will see two options:
Job: Select this to configure the form for booking a service immediately.
Quote: Select this to configure the form for requesting a price estimate.
You can (and should) configure both forms separately for each channel.
Step 3: Customize Form Fields
After selecting Job or Quote, you will see the Form Fields editor. This allows you to control exactly what information the customer must provide.
Visibility and Requirements
Look at the list of fields (Name, Email, Phone Number, Property Address, etc.). You have two toggles for each:
Visible: Toggle this ON if you want this field to appear on the form.
Required: Toggle this ON if the customer must fill this out to submit the form.
Live Preview: As you toggle switches, look at the Request Preview panel on the right side of the screen. It updates in real-time so you can see exactly what your customer will see.
Step 4: Using Your Forms
Once your form is customized and saved, how do you use it? It depends on the channel:
For Text, Email, and Website Integration
At the very top of the settings page, you will see a box labeled Link.
Copy the Link: Click the copy icon next to the URL.
How to use:
Website: Paste this link into a "Book Now" button on your company website.
Text/Email: Paste this link into your SMS or Email templates so customers can click to book.
For Client Hub Request Form
This channel is unique because it does not require a link.
Enable: simply configuring and saving this form automatically enables it inside the Client Hub.
How it works: When your existing customers log into their portal, they will see a "Request Service" button that opens the form you just built.
