What is the Client Hub Link?
While WIZniche automatically includes specific links in your Quote and Invoice emails, you may want to give customers a general way to log in at any time.
This integration setting generates a Universal Login Link. You can place this link on your website (e.g., a "Client Login" button) so customers can access their account history, open invoices, and past jobs whenever they need to.
Step 1: Access Client Hub Settings
Click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the Integrations section.
Click on Client Hub.
Step 2: Generate Your Link
If this is your first time setting this up, you will see a blue button labeled Generate Link.
Click the Generate Link button.
The system will instantly create a unique, secure URL for your business.
Copy: Click the Copy button next to the URL field to save it to your clipboard.
Step 3: Sharing the Link
Now that you have your unique URL, here are the best ways to use it:
Website: Add a button to your company website header labeled "Customer Login" and link it to this URL.
Email Signature: Add a line to your email signature: "Click here to access your client portal."
Social Media: Include it in your bio or chat responses when customers ask about their account status.
