Why use Integrations?
While WIZniche handles your core business operations, you likely use other software for marketing, forms, or team communication. Integrations allow these different apps to "talk" to each other.
For example, instead of manually typing a lead's details from a website form into WIZniche, an integration can do it for you instantly, 24/7.
Step 1: Accessing Integrations
Click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Scroll down to the Integrations section.
You will see four available connection options:
Zapier: Connect to 5,000+ third-party apps.
Intuit: Sync with QuickBooks for accounting.
Google My Business: Manage your local listing.
Client Hub: Manage your customer portal settings.
Click on Zapier to open the automation dashboard.
Step 2: Setting Up Zapier
Zapier is a tool that moves data between apps automatically. When you open the Zapier integration page within WIZniche, you have three ways to build an automation:
A. Use the AI Builder (Recommended)
At the top of the screen, you will see a box asking: "What would you like to automate?"
How it works: Simply type what you want to happen in plain English.
Example: You can type "When I get a new lead in Facebook Ads, create a customer in WIZniche."
Click Generate and Zapier will build the connection for you.
B. Build Manually
Below the AI box, you will see a section to "Connect this app..." (WIZniche is selected by default).
Click the search bar next to "with this one!"
Search for the app you want to connect (e.g., Slack, Trello, Google Sheets).
Follow the prompts to map the data fields.
C. Use Popular Workflows (Templates)
We have pre-built templates for the most common requests. Scroll down to the Popular workflows list to see ready-made connections.
Common Examples:
Forms to WIZniche: Automatically create a new Customer or Property in WIZniche whenever someone fills out a form on Ninja Forms, Tally, or 123FormBuilder.
Marketing to WIZniche: Automatically create a new Appointment or Customer when you get a new submission on landing page builders like Unbounce, Leadpages, or Instapage.
To use a template: Simply click the black Use this workflow button next to the template you want.
Step 3: Log In or Sign Up
To finalize any of these connections, you must have a Zapier account.
If you already have an account, click the Log In button in the top left corner.
If you are new to automation, click Sign up to create a free Zapier account.
