How to Create a New WIZniche Account

A step-by-step guide to setting up your new account, verifying your email, and activating your 14-day free trial.

Welcome to WIZniche!

WIZniche offers tailored solutions to streamline your business management. This guide will walk you through the entire onboarding process so you can start utilizing our features immediately.


Step 1: Access the Registration Page

  1. Visit the WIZniche Registration Page.

  2. If you are a new user, click on Create an account.

  3. This will redirect you to the account creation form to begin the onboarding process.


Step 2: Create Your Admin Profile

You will first need to set up your personal login credentials. Enter the following details:

  • First Name and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Password (Ensure it is strong and secure)

Click Sign up to proceed.


Step 3: Verify Your Email

For security, we need to verify your email address.

Note: Check your inbox for a verification email from WIZniche. Locate the Verification Code inside the email.

Enter the code into the verification page.

Click Verify.

Note: If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, click the "Resend Code" link.


Step 4: Find Your Business

We use smart search to make setup easier.

  1. Search via Google: Start typing your Business Name in the search field. If your business appears in the list, select it to auto-fill your address and details.

    • Manual Entry: If you cannot find your business in the search results, click the dropdown option labeled "Click here to add a custom business name". This allows you to manually input your business name and details.

  2. Business Industry: Select your specific industry (e.g., HVAC, Landscaping, Cleaning) from the dropdown menu. This helps us customize the app for your needs.

  3. Employees: Select your Number of Employees from the dropdown menu.

Click Next.

Note: At the top of this screen (and others during onboarding), you will see a Sign Out button. You can use this if you need to pause the setup process or switch accounts.


Step 5: Confirm Business Details

Review the business information to ensure accuracy.

  • Contact Info: Enter your

    • Business Phone Number

    • Website

    • Support Email (This is the public-facing email your customers will see on the footer of your emails. )

    • Billing Email (This is for internal use only. WIZniche will send your invoices and payment alerts as CC to this address.)

Click Next.

Note: If you selected your business via Google Search in Step 4, some of these fields will be pre-filled.


Step 6: Start Your Free Trial

You do not need to enter credit card information or choose a plan yet.

  1. Review the business information to ensure accuracy.

    • Location: Verify your Business Address, enter the unit and make sure the Time Zone are correct.

  2. Simply click the Start Free Trial button.

  3. Your account will automatically be created on the Professional Plan with a 14-Day Free Trial.

You are now ready to use the platform!
