Connecting QuickBooks to Your WIZniche Account

Follow these steps to connect your QuickBooks account with WIZniche.


Step 1: Open Settings

  • Click on your avatar (profile icon) at the top right of your screen.

  • A sidebar will appear.

  • Select Settings to open the Settings page.


Step 2: Complete the Required Setup

Before connecting, please complete the following two steps:

1. Enable Tax Computation in WIZniche

  • In the Settings page, navigate to the Accounting section.

  • Click on Billing.

  • Locate the Tax Computation toggle and make sure it is switched on.

2. Set Up Sales Tax in QuickBooks

  • You must also set up your sales tax within your QuickBooks account.

Ensure both these steps are completed before proceeding.


Step 3: Navigate to Integrations

  • Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page.

  • Under the Integrations section, select Intuit.


Step 4: Enable Intuit and Connect to QuickBooks

  • In the Intuit section, toggle Enable Intuit to on.

  • A Connect to QuickBooks button will appear.

  • Click the button to proceed.


Step 5: Sign In to QuickBooks

  • You will be redirected to the QuickBooks login page.

  • Enter your Email/User ID and Password, then select Sign In.

  • Once signed in, your QuickBooks account will be connected to WIZniche.


Connection Complete

You have now successfully connected your QuickBooks account with WIZniche. Your invoicing and tax information will sync automatically.
