Make sure your WIZniche account is integrated with QuickBooks before you try out this workflow. To link your WIZniche account with QuickBooks, read this:
Sync to QuickBooks
Ensure all your billing data is correctly synced to QuickBooks to keep your financial ledger accurate.
In the top right toolbar of the Invoice List page, look for the Connect/Sync to QuickBooks button.
Use this dedicated button to initiate a sync or connect your account if you haven't done so yet.
Check Status: The Sync Status column in the invoice list displays whether an invoice has been successfully synced.
