Property: Understanding the Property Profile

A comprehensive guide to the centralized hub for all history, financials, and details linked to a specific location.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The Property Profile is your command center for a specific service location. It aggregates every interaction—from the building's structural details to its complete financial history, into one view.

1. Header & Financials

At the top of the profile, you get an immediate snapshot of the property's value and specifications:

  • Address: clearly displayed at the top with an Edit Pencil icon to the right for making changes.

  • Tags: View or add specific labels (e.g., "2 Sump Pumps") to flag important equipment or conditions.

  • Financial Health: Instantly view the Lifetime Value (total revenue generated) and the current Balance Due.

2. Property Details & Visuals

  • Building Data: Manage structural details including Year Built, Foundation Type, Basement Type, Building Type, Facility, and Floor Plan.

  • Google Street View: A dedicated panel displays the interactive Google Street View of the property, allowing you to visually confirm access points or parking before sending a technician.

3. History & Management Tabs A navigation bar allows you to toggle between different historical records for the property:

  • Assessments: View past and upcoming on-site evaluations.

  • Quotes: Access the history of estimates sent for this location.

  • Jobs: Track all service visits, including scheduled, pending, and completed work.

  • Invoices: Review billing history and payment status.

  • Warranty & Service Plans: Check for active coverage or recurring service agreements.

  • Notes: Read or add internal timestamped notes about the site.

  • Photos & Docs: Access a digital filing cabinet of site photos, blueprints, or contracts.
