Property: How to Add a New Property or Location

A guide to saving new service locations in your system.

Navigation

  1. From your Dashboard, click the + Create button.

  2. Select Property to open the Add New Property sidebar form.

Address Selection

  • Search: Begin typing the address in the search field.

  • Select: Google suggestions will appear; select the correct one to auto-fill details.

Or

  • Point it on the map: Tap the location that you want on the map preview.

  • Map Preview: Once selected, a large Google Street View preview shows the location, and you can drag the marker on the map to adjust it.

Property Details

When adding or editing a property, you can fill in optional fields to keep detailed records of the facility.

  • Year Built: Enter the year the property was constructed.

  • Foundation Type: Select from options like Slab, Concrete, Stone, or Block Wall.

  • Floor Plan: Options include Split Level, Bilevel / Raised Ranch, Reverse Story, Half Story, or Two Story.

  • Basement Type: Choose from Full In-Ground, Walk-Out, Slab on Grade, Crawl Space, or Basement with Crawl Space.

  • Building Type: Categorize as Single Family Home, Multi-Family Home, or Commercial.

  • Facility: A free text field to add any other specific details about the site.

Saving

  • Once all details are entered, click Save to add the property to your system.
