Navigation
Open the Sidebar: Click on the Three-Line Sidebar menu in the top left corner.
Initiate Creation: Click the green (+) Create New button and select Assessment from the menu.
Alternative Method: Navigate directly to the Assessments list page and click the Blue Plus (+) button in the top right corner.
Adding a Customer:
Search or Add: In the Customer Section, type to find an existing customer or click + Create New Customer to add a one-time customer.
Multiple Contacts: You can add multiple contacts to a single assessment (e.g., a tenant and a landlord).
Set Roles:
Notify Toggle: Turn this ON for anyone who should receive email updates (e.g., both husband and wife).
Paid By: Select the specific person responsible for the bill.
Adding a Property:
Service Location: Search for an existing address or create a new one.
Verify: As soon as you select a location, a Google Map preview will appear to confirm the pin drop is accurate.
Save Your Work:
Save as Draft: Click on this if you aren't ready to Schedule it yet, it will save in the Pending status.
