Once a recurring schedule is running, you can check its jobs, pause it, or stop it from the Recurring tab or from any job in the series.
From the Recurring Tab
Click the ⋮ menu next to any schedule:
Show jobs in this schedule: Opens a side panel listing every job in the series with its date, time, job number, and status. At the top, it tells you how many jobs are on your calendar and when the next one will be created.
Open first job: Opens the first job in the series.
Pause series: Puts the schedule on hold. No new jobs are added until you resume it.
Stop series: Ends the schedule for good. Jobs that already happened stay as they are.
Example: A customer's schedule says "50 jobs on the calendar. The next one is created on Jan 18, 2027." Open the panel any time to see all 50 and check each job's status.
Pause Instead of Stop
Pause when you expect to start again. Stop when the service is over.
Example: A pool customer closes their pool for winter. Pause their schedule in November. Resume it in spring and the visits pick back up.
From a Job
Any job that belongs to a schedule shows a small Recurring tag near the top of the job. Click it to see the schedule.
At the bottom of the job's Schedule section, the Recurring job card summarizes the schedule, like Every quarter on the 16th. Click the card to open it. To stop the schedule from here, click Turn off recurring.
On Your Calendar
Recurring jobs show on the WIZniche calendar like any other job. Each one shows the customer, job number, time, arrival window, duration, technician, and status. Technician calendars work the same way too.
