Set it once, and let WIZniche handle the billing schedule. For customers you bill on a regular basis, you don't need to recreate the same invoice every week, month, quarter, or year.
Turn On Recurring Billing: While creating an invoice, click the Recurring Invoice card in the top right, then switch on Recurring invoice.
Choose How Often You Bill:
Pick Weekly, Every 2 weeks, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, or build a Custom schedule.
For Weekly or Every 2 weeks, tap the days of the week you want to bill on — pick one day, or several.
For Monthly or Quarterly, pick the day of the month.
Example: A customer has a monthly maintenance agreement billed on the 21st. Set the schedule once, and WIZniche creates the invoice every month on the 21st automatically.
Set the First Invoice Date: Pick the date the very first invoice goes out. Everything else in the schedule builds from this date.
Decide When It Ends:
Until I stop it: Keeps billing until you pause or end it.
For a set number: Stops automatically after a fixed number of invoices.
Until a date: Stops automatically once that date passes.
Automate Payment & Delivery:
Customer pays: They pay each invoice themselves.
Charge the card: WIZniche automatically charges their saved card on the scheduled date. Add a customer with a saved card, or add one directly while creating the series.
Save as draft: Your team reviews and sends each invoice.
Email it for me: WIZniche sends it to the customer automatically.
Example: A commercial customer is billed quarterly using their saved card. On the scheduled date, WIZniche charges the card and emails the invoice, no one on your team has to remember to do it.
Check Your Schedule Before Saving: A summary at the bottom of the panel shows your schedule in plain English, like Monthly on the 21st, plus the next few dates it'll actually bill. Once it looks right, click Save schedule.
