Recurring Job: How to Set Up a Recurring Job

Turn any job into a repeating schedule: pick how often, which days, and when it stops.

Turn any job into a recurring job right from its schedule. Set the job up the way you want every visit to look, then tell WIZniche how often to repeat it.

Before You Start

Fill in the job's schedule first: the date, start time, arrival window, duration, and technicians. Every job in the series copies these details.

Turn It On

Video Walkthrough:

  1. Open the job.

  2. Save it as a draft.

  3. At the bottom of the Schedule section, click the Recurring job card.

  4. Switch on Recurring job. Its description reads Automatically schedule this job on a recurring basis.

Choose How Often

Under How often, pick Weekly, Every 2 weeks, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, or Custom.

Choose Which Days

  • Weekly or Every 2 weeks: Tap the day or days you want under Repeat on. One day means one job each cycle. Tap Every day to select all seven.

  • Monthly: Pick the day of the month. If a month doesn't have that day, like the 31st, the job lands on the last day of that month.

  • Quarterly or Yearly: The job repeats on the same date each quarter or each year.

  • Custom: Build your own pattern, like every 10 days, every 3 weeks, or every 2 months.

Example: Tap only F for one job every Friday. Tap M, W, and F for three jobs every week.

Set the First Job Date

Under First job on, pick the date the schedule starts. It begins with the date on your job.

Decide When It Stops

Under Keep scheduling, choose one:

  • Until I stop it: Keeps adding jobs until you stop the schedule.

  • For a set number: Stops after the number of jobs you enter, like 12.

  • Until a date: Stops once the date you pick passes.

See What Every Job Gets

The Every job in this schedule section shows the start time, duration, and technician each job will use. Your customer, property, services, pricing carry across every job too.

Check the Preview and Save

A summary at the bottom shows your schedule in plain words, plus the next few dates, like Weekly. Next: Oct 16 · Oct 23 · Oct 30. It updates as you change any setting. When it looks right, click Save schedule.
