A recurring job is a job that repeats on a schedule. Set it up once, and WIZniche adds every visit to your calendar for you.
Why Use Recurring Jobs
Set it once: No more creating the same job every week, month, or year.
Every visit is its own job: Each one has its own status, notes, and team, so you can track and invoice every visit.
You stay in control: Change a single visit, change all future visits, pause the schedule, or stop it any time.
Example: You mow a customer's lawn every Friday at 9:00 AM. Turn on Recurring job once. WIZniche puts a job on your calendar every Friday with the same customer, address, services, price, and crew.
How It Works
Open a job and save it as a draft, then click the Recurring job card in its schedule.
Choose how often it repeats, when it starts, and when it stops.
Click Save schedule.
Your jobs appear on the calendar, and the schedule shows up in the Recurring tab on your Jobs page.
What Every Job Gets
Each job in the schedule is a copy of your original job, so it keeps the same:
Customer, and who pays
Property or service address
Services, items, and pricing
Start time, duration, and arrival window
