Why use Customer Types?
Unlike Tags (which are for specific details), Customer Types are broad categories. They help you understand who you are working for. This is critical for reporting, for example, knowing if 80% of your revenue comes from "Homeowners" vs. "Commercial Businesses."
Managing Customer Types
Navigate to Avatar > Settings > Customer Types.
Default Types: WIZniche comes pre-loaded with standard types such as Homeowner, Real Estate Agent, and Business.
Add New Type:
Click the Blue Plus (+) button.
Type the new category name (e.g., "Property Management Firm").
Click the Blue Checkmark to save it.
Edit/Delete: You can edit the name of a type or delete it using the icons in the list view.
Tip: Try to keep your Customer Types limited to high-level categories. Use "Tags" for more specific details.
