What are Tags?
Tags are flexible "labels" you can attach to customers or jobs. They allow you to quickly filter your database or alert your team to specific conditions (e.g., "VIP", "Gate Code Required").
Access Tag Settings
Click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Click on Tags.
How to Create and Add Tags
You will see a list of existing tags and a search bar.
Add New: Click the Blue Plus (+) button.
Create the Chip: Type the name of your new tag in the text field.
Confirm: Click the Blue Checkmark button to finalize the tag.
Note: Once a tag is created here, it becomes available throughout the entire platform. You can then attach these tags to customer profiles or specific job tickets.
