Managing Quotes on WIZniche Mobile

The Quotes List Page feature in WIZniche Mobile helps you track, filter, and manage all service quotes with ease, giving you visibility into customer requests, approvals, and payments, all from your mobile app.

Accessing Quotes

From the home screen, tap on the Quotes card to view your total quoted amount and access your quote list.

Browsing the Quote List

The Quotes screen displays all quotes categorized by status (e.g., Approved, Open, Pending). Each quote entry shows:

  • Customer name and type (Homeowner, Business, Inspector)

  • Quote ID and date

  • Service item(s) included

  • Current quote status and amount

Use the search bar at the top to look up specific quotes by ID or customer name.

Using Filters

Tap the filter icon in the top right to narrow down your list by:

  • Tags

  • Customer Type

  • Status (Requested, Pending, Open, Approved, Cancelled, Closed)

  • Employee

  • Date

These filters help you stay organized and quickly find quotes based on what matters most to you.

Viewing and Managing a Quote

Tap any quote to open its details. You’ll see:

  • Assigned employee

  • Quote status and date

  • Job items and pricing breakdown

  • Taxes, discounts, and deposits (if any)

  • Opportunity rating

You can take quick actions using the buttons provided:

  • Send: Share the quote with a customer

  • Approve: Approve the quote internally

  • Convert: Move the quote forward in your workflow

  • Sign: Capture signatures if needed

You can also update the quote’s status by tapping the status dropdown and choosing from:

  • Requested

  • Pending

  • Open

  • Approved

  • Cancelled

  • Closed

Once you’ve made your updates, hit Save to finalize.
