Customer Profile Page in WIZniche Mobile

The Customer Profile Page in WIZniche Mobile offers a complete overview of each customer, allowing you to access and manage all related information such as quotes, invoices, documents, and more, in one place.


Accessing the Customer Profile

From the Customers screen, tap on any customer to open their profile.

At the top of the profile, you'll find:

  • Customer Name and Type

  • Email, Phone Number, and Address

  • Lifetime Value and Balance Due

  • A location map showing all Service Addresses

You can quickly call or message the customer using the phone and message icons in the top right corner.


Quotes

The Quotes section displays all quotes associated with the selected customer. Each entry includes the status (such as Pending or Approved), quote ID, date, and related service items.

Clicking on a quote takes you directly to the quote detail page, where you can view, edit, approve, send, or convert it as needed.


Invoices

Under the Invoices section, you’ll see all invoices linked to the customer. Each invoice shows its current status (Paid, Unpaid), the amount, and service information.

Clicking on any invoice takes you to its full details, where you can manage payments, update information, or make changes.


Properties

The Properties section shows a list of all service addresses linked to the customer. This section is meant to give you a clear overview of the locations associated with that customer.


Photos and Docs

Use the Photos and Docs section to manage media and files. You can filter items by date using the calendar picker.

For each date entry:

  • Tap to view attached photos and documents

  • Use the "+" button to upload new items

    • You can take a photo, choose from your gallery, or upload from your files

  • Tap a file to view or download it

  • Use the select and delete options to manage bulk items if needed


Notes

In the Notes section, tap the pencil icon to add or edit notes for the customer. Notes are saved per customer and help you keep track of important interactions or reminders.


Tags

The Tags section allows you to add, remove, or create labels that help categorize your customers.

  • To remove a tag, tap the small "x" next to it

  • To add an existing tag, select it from the dropdown

  • To create a new tag, type directly into the dropdown field


Edit or Delete a Customer

To make changes to the customer record or remove them entirely:

  1. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the profile screen

  2. Choose Edit to update the customer’s details

  3. Choose Delete to permanently remove the customer
