How to Add Customers in WIZniche Mobile

Create or Add Customers in WIZniche Mobile App

Follow these steps to add a new customer to your WIZniche account using the mobile app.


Step 1: Tap the Add Button

  1. From the home screen, tap the plus (+) button in the center of the bottom navigation bar.

  2. A menu will slide up, select New Customer.


Step 2: Fill in Basic Information

Enter the required details:

  • First Name (mandatory)

  • Last Name (mandatory)

  • Mobile Phone (optional)

  • Email (mandatory)

  • Client Hub Email (mandatory)


Step 3: Select Customer Type

Tap the dropdown under Customer Type and choose the appropriate type from the list (e.g., Business, Buyer, Contractor, etc).

If you choose Business, additional fields will appear:

  • Company

  • Business Type

  • Job Title

  • A toggle for “Bill company” in case you want to bill the company directly.


Step 4: Add Tags (Optional)

The Tags section allows you to add, remove, or create labels that help categorize your customers.

  • To add an existing tag, select it from the dropdown

  • To create a new tag, type directly into the dropdown field

  • To remove a tag, tap the small "x" next to it


Step 5: Expand Additional Details (Optional)

Tap Additional Details to input:

  • Additional Email

  • Work Phone

  • Home Phone


Step 6: Add Address

Under Address Details, input the customer's Primary Address:

Start typing in the Address field to search via Google autocomplete.

Once selected, the system will automatically populate the City, State, and Zip Code.

You can also enter the address manually if needed.

Use the Same as Primary toggle to mark the Billing Address as the same as the primary address or input a separate one.

Step 7: Enable Notifications (Optional)

At the bottom of the form, toggle Send text notifications if you'd like the customer to receive updates via SMS.

Step 8: Save the Customer

Once all required fields are complete, tap the green Save button at the bottom.


That’s it! Your new customer will now appear in the Customers list and is ready to be linked with quotes, invoices, properties, or messages.
