Manage your customers using the Customer List Page feature in WIZniche Mobile

The Customer List Page feature in WIZniche Mobile gives you quick access to your entire customer database, helping you view, filter, and manage customer details, quotes, properties, and invoices all from one place.

Accessing Your Customer List

From the home screen, tap the Customers card to view the number of customers associated with your business.

Browsing Customers

You’ll see a list of all customers along with key contact details such as:

  • Name and Customer Type (Business, Homeowner, Inspector)

  • Email, Phone Number, and Address

  • Any associated Tags for quick identification

Use the search bar to quickly find a specific customer by name, email, or phone number.


Filtering Your Customer List

Tap the filter icon in the top-right corner to narrow your view based on:

  • Customer Type

  • Tags

  • Status (Active or Inactive)

Once filters are selected, tap Apply to see the refined list.

Viewing a Customer Profile

Tap on any customer to open their full profile. This includes:

  • Contact information and mapped location

  • Lifetime value and outstanding balance

  • Quick-call and message buttons for instant communication

Below the profile section, you can expand tabs to view all customer-specific activity:

  • Quotes

  • Invoices

  • Properties

  • Photos and Docs

  • Notes

  • Tags

This view makes it easy to manage all customer interactions and related data from a single screen.
