Dashboard in WIZniche

Introduction to the WIZniche Service Platform!

The Dashboard is your home base in WIZniche. It gives you a quick, real-time view of your business performance and easy access to key tools, all in one place. From here, you can track revenue, jobs, invoices, quotes, purchase orders, and inventory, as well as manage tasks, messages, and more.


Dashboard Toolbar

+ Create Button

Available at all times, lets you quickly create:

  • Quote

  • Job

  • Invoice

  • Event

  • Customer

  • Property

  • Purchase Order


Tasks

Access: Top‑right clipboard icon

  • View upcoming, past due, and completed tasks.

  • Create new tasks with:

    • Title

    • Description

    • Due date

    • Assignee

  • Assignees can mark tasks as done.


Message Center

Access: Top‑right clock icon

  • Shows all customer conversations (two-way SMS).

  • Search by customer name or conversation.

  • Filter by Starred, Unread, or Read.

  • Send new messages or reply directly.

  • Call customers or view their profile from here.


Activity Logs

  • Shows all recent actions by your team.

  • Two tabs:

    • All

    • Unread

  • Filter by date to review activity.

What’s tracked: job created/scheduled/completed; quote created/sent/approved; invoice created/sent; payment recorded; signature captured. Click any entry to open the related record.


User Menu (Avatar)

Access: Top‑right avatar

  • Access:

    • Timesheet

    • Notifications

    • Personal Account Setup

    • Settings

    • Help Centre

    • Logout

Important: Settings is the control room for preferences (billing terms, taxes, services & prices, checklists, etc.). The way to reach it is Avatar → Settings from anywhere in the app.


Left Sidebar Navigation

Access: Top‑left three‑line (hamburger) icon → expands the sidebar

From here, you can quickly move to:

  • Dashboard – returns to this page

  • Calendars – Daily, Weekly, Monthly views

  • Deals – Lead management board (read our Deals guide for full details)

  • Quotes – Quotes List page

  • Invoices – Invoices List page

  • Disputes – Chargebacks and related actions

  • Jobs – Jobs List page

  • Customers – Customer List page

  • Properties – Property List page

  • Equipment – Equipment List page

  • Inventory

    • Catalog (items), Report (stock), Vendors, Purchase Orders

  • Expenses

    • Expense Report, Job Costing


Top Dashboard Widgets (Dashlets)

  1. Revenue earned today
    Shows today’s revenue in dollars.

  2. Paid today
    Shows how much cash has actually arrived today.

  3. Jobs completed today
    Shows the number of jobs marked complete today.

  4. Jobs booked today
    Shows the dollar value of jobs booked today.

  5. Notifications
    Shows your unread notification count. Click to open the Notifications sidebar.
    What you’ll see: payment received, invoice paid, quote requested, quote approved, job created/scheduled/completed. You can Mark all as read or click any item to open the related record (invoice, quote, job, etc.).


Sales Graph

  • Interactive and hoverable for more details.

  • By default shows This Month.

  • You can switch to: This Week, Last Week, Last Month, This Quarter, Last Quarter, Last 12 Months.

  • Shows trends for sales over the selected period.


Open Invoices Dashlet

  • Shows the total dollar amount of open invoices, split into:

    • Past Due

    • Current

    • Unbilled

  • Defaults to Last 30 Days (other options available like Today, This Week, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last Month, Last Quarter, Last 12 Months).

  • View All button takes you to the Invoices List Page.


Paid Invoices Dashlet

  • Shows Paid and Unpaid totals.

  • Unpaid is further split into overdue vs. not due yet.

  • Paid section includes a breakdown by payment method (Credit Card, Cash, Cheque, ACH, etc.).

  • Same date filter options as Open Invoices.

  • View All button links to Invoices List Page.


Jobs Dashlet

  • Displays four job statuses:

    • Requested

    • Pending

    • Scheduled

    • Complete

  • Shows both the count and the total dollar worth for each.

  • View All takes you to the Jobs List Page.


Job Leaderboard

  • Ranks technicians by:

    • Jobs completed

    • Average revenue per job

  • View All goes to the Jobs page.


Sales Leaderboard

  • Ranks employees by:

    • Total sales amount

    • Number of items sold

  • Includes employee names, avatars, and stats.

  • View All goes to the Quotes List Page.


Quotes Dashlet

  • Four statuses:

    • Requested

    • Pending

    • Open

    • Approved

  • Shows count and worth for each.

  • View All takes you to the Quotes List Page.


Purchase Orders Dashlet

  • If empty, prompts you to create a new Purchase Order.

  • Once active, shows:

    • Pending

    • Ordered

    • Shipped

    • Received

  • Displays counts and worth for each.

  • View All takes you to the Purchase Order List Page.


Inventory Reorder Dashlet

  • Shows items low in stock based on their Reorder Point.

  • Displays item name and current quantity.

  • View All takes you to the Inventory Report to manage stock levels.


Support Chatbot

Always available as a floating icon.
Use it to:

  • Message the WIZniche team

  • Read Help Centre articles

  • Request support


Summary

From the Dashboard you can see what happened today, review trends, jump into lists, create new work, message customers, and audit team activity.
