WIZniche Mobile App: How to Create a New Assessment

A step-by-step guide to starting a new assessment, assigning Customers and Service Locations to your assessments in WIZniche Mobile App.

How to Create a New Assessment:

  1. Open the Create Menu: Click the blue (+) Create New button and select Assessment from the menu.

  2. Add a Customer: Type to find an existing customer or click + to add a new customer.

    1. One to Many Customers: You can add multiple contacts to a single assessment (e.g., a tenant and a landlord).

Adding a Service Location (Property):

  1. Click on Service Location: Search for an existing address or create a new one.

  2. Verify: As soon as you select a location, a Google Map preview will appear to confirm the pin drop is accurate.

Save Your Work:

Save: Click on Save, it will save the Assessment in the Pending status.
