Taking Action
Once you assign a technician to your request, You have full control over the booking:
Approve: Click Approve to confirm the job. It moves from "Pending" to "Scheduled" status on your main board.
Decline: Click Decline to reject the booking. You must enter a Reason for Decline before the job is cancelled.
Reschedule: Drag the card from the list onto a different day/time on the calendar. A popup will ask if you want to notify the customer of this change.
Tip: If you open the full Job/Assessment Details page and schedule the job from there, the request will automatically be removed from this pending list to keep your dashboard clean.
