Online Booking: What our Customer Sees when Booking Online

A walkthrough of the 5-step booking process your customers see when they use your Online Booking link to schedule a service.

Step 1: Selecting Services

When a customer opens your unique booking link, they land on your branded page showing your title and description.

  • Service Menu: They see a list of available services with prices and images.

  • Quantity: Customers use simple (+) and (-) buttons to add services to their cart.

  • Multiple Selections: They can select multiple services (e.g., "Deep Clean" + "Carpet Shampoo").

  • On-Site Estimate: If you enabled this in settings, they will see a distinct card for "On-Site Estimate" which creates an assessment instead of a job.

Cart Summary: A shopping cart icon in the top left updates in real-time as they add items.

Step 2: Choosing a Time Slot

After clicking Continue, the customer sees your availability.

  • Smart Scheduling: The system calculates available slots based on the duration of the services they selected. (e.g., If they picked a 5-hour job, it only shows slots with 5 hours of open time).

  • Future Dates: If today is booked or a holiday, customers can use the arrows to browse future weeks to find a slot.

Step 3: Customer Information

The customer enters their details based on the form fields you configured in Online Booking settings.

  • Contact Info: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone.

  • Address: Street, City, State, Zip.

  • Notes: A text box for special instructions (e.g., "Gate code is 1234").

Step 4: Payments & Deposits

This step only shows when you have deposits enabled, in your Online Booking Settings, otherwise this step is skipped.

  • Deposit: If required, the system displays the deposit amount (Calculated based on the percentage or the full amount).

  • Secure Payment: Customers can enter their Credit Card or ACH details securely via your connected wallet.

  • Confirm: Clicking Confirm processes the payment and finalizes the booking.

Step 5: Confirmation & Add to Calendar

The final screen is the summary page.

  • Summary: Displays the Date, Time, Location, Service List, and your Business Contact Info.

  • Add to Calendar: A button allows the customer to instantly add the appointment to their Google/Outlook calendar with all details pre-filled.

  • Contact Us: Shows your email and phone number in case they need to reach out immediately.

If Scheduling for Approved Quotes is enabled: If a customer is booking directly from an Approved Quote, they skip Step 1. The services are pre-selected based on the quote, their information is automatically pre-populated, and any deposit paid on the quote is automatically reflected on the Booking and the Job.
