Allow Scheduling for Approved Quotes
In the Scheduling Options tab, you can toggle this feature on.
What it does: If enabled, when a customer approves a Quote you sent them, a popup immediately asks if they want to schedule the work now.
Benefit: It removes the friction of "approve and wait for a call," allowing the deal to convert to a job instantly.
Quotes with Deposit: If your quote had a deposit paid for it, the auto scheduler will recognize the payment and link your paid invoice to the New Job that gets created with online booking.
