Online Booking: How to View and Manage Pending Online Booking Requests

The Online Booking Dashboard Alert

You don't need to constantly check your email.

  • The Notification: On both your Insight and Production dashboards, you will see an Online Booking Header displaying the count of pending bookings.

  • View Button: Click the blue View button to open the management screen.

The Management Interface

The screen is divided into two sections:

  • Left Side (Calendar): A weekly calendar view showing your existing schedule.

  • Right Side (Request Cards): A list of pending requests sorted by appointment date. Each card shows Service Details, a Map Preview, and a Get Directions button.
