Assigning a Technician
Before approving a request, you need to assign an employee.
Smart Filtering: Click the empty Technician field on the request card. The list will only show employees who are eligible/qualified for that specific service.
Assign: Select a name. The technician will receive a notification on their account immediately (Mobile + Web).
Note: You can schedule it directly by approving, or you can just assign your team member a request in pending status, allowing them to schedule it.
