Assessment: Assigning Technicians to Assessments

How to assign a team member to a assessment and avoid double-booking.

  1. Scroll down to the Schedule section of the assessment.

  2. Select Technician: Click the field to choose an employee.

    • Pro Tip: As soon as you select a technician, their schedule will appear on the calendar to the right. Use this to identify open slots and avoid conflicts.

  3. Set Date & Time: Enter the specific Start Date/Time and End Date/Time.
