1. Pending → Scheduled: Sends an email confirming the appointment time with an "Add to Calendar" button for the client.
2. On My Way / Start Job: Triggers a popup where you can notify the client that the technician is en route or to inform them with the official start time.
3. Complete: Marks the assessment as finished.
