Deleting:
You can only delete assessments that are in the Pending stage.
Cancelling:
Once an assessment is Scheduled or Completed, it cannot be deleted to preserve your historical records.
Instead, you can edit an assessment at any stage by clicking on it in the list, and simply change the status to Cancelled.
