Deleting
Click the Three-Dot Action Menu on a quote and select Delete Quote.
Restriction: Approved quotes cannot be deleted immediately; you must cancel the approval status first.
Canceling
You can manually update a quote's status to Cancelled if the client decides not to proceed, preserving the record for future reference.
