How to manage the metadata of your quotes to track sales potential and organization.

Status Settings

  • Status: New quotes default to Pending, but you can update this manually (e.g., to Approved or Cancelled) or let it update automatically based on customer actions.

Opportunity Rating

  • Use the 5-star system to rate how likely the quote is to convert. This helps prioritize high-value opportunities. You can later filter quotes based up on this rating on your list page.

Tags

  • Add relevant existing/new Tags to the quote to help organize, search, and filter your list later.
