WIZniche Calendars Overview

Learn how to access your master schedule, switch between views, and track your business activities using the Calendar module.

Why is this important?

The Calendar feature is the operational heartbeat of WIZniche. It provides a visual representation of every appointment, job, and assessment created in the system. By monitoring this view, you ensure smooth operations, prevent double-bookings, and keep your team organized.


1. Accessing the Calendar

  1. Log in to your WIZniche dashboard.

  2. Click on the Three-Line Sidebar menu (top left).

  3. Click on Calendars.

  4. The page will load automatically, defaulting to the Daily view.


2. Schedule Viewing Options

WIZniche offers four distinct ways to view your schedule, depending on whether you are planning for the day or forecasting for the month.

Daily View

What it shows: A granular, hour-by-hour breakdown of a specific day.

Best for: Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring technicians are on time for specific time slots.


Weekly View

What it shows: A snapshot of appointments for the entire week (e.g., Monday–Sunday).

Best for: Getting a operational overview of the week's workload and balancing schedules between team members.


Monthly View

What it shows: A high-level look at the entire month.

Best for: Long-term planning, identifying busy periods, and spotting open days for new bookings.


3. Automatic Syncing

You do not need to manually add items to this calendar. Every time you create a Job, Assessment, or Appointment elsewhere in WIZniche, it is automatically reflected here in real-time.
