WIZniche provides three calendar views Daily, Weekly, and Monthly to plan jobs and events, reassign teams, and reschedule with simple drag-and-drop. Each view shares the same header controls and filter sidebar, while the layout adapts to show your workday clearly. This guide explains all controls, cards, statuses, and rescheduling flows.
Header & Filters (All Calendar Views)
How to Access: From the dashboard, click Calendar on the sidebar, then select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
The calendar header is consistent across views and includes:
Date display with Left/Right arrows to move through dates (Daily) or months (Weekly/Monthly).
Date picker (click the date to open a calendar and jump directly to any date, month, or year).
View tabs: Daily, Weekly, Monthly — switch instantly between views.
Refresh button — reloads the current view.
Filter button — opens the filter sidebar:
Job Type

Show Pending (checkbox) — when checked, includes items in Pending status. (Default: unchecked)
Connect to Google Calendar — redirects to link your Google Calendar with WIZniche.
Daily Calendar
How to Access: From the dashboard, click Calendar on the sidebar, then select Daily.
The Daily view shows today’s date by default. The page is split: a map on one side and time-ordered cards on the other. Cards are sorted chronologically (earliest first) and represent the day’s scheduled jobs/events.
Card contents (what each card shows):
Time Range (e.g., 09:00–10:30).
Assigned Team/Employees
Completed: shows names of the team/employees who worked on it.
Scheduled / On My Way: the names become a drop-down to assign one or many employees or teams.
Services & Packages
Lists Items, and any Packages.
Status — e.g., Completed, On My Way, Scheduled, Pending (if “Show Pending” is on).
Property Address and a Get Directions button (opens Google Maps).
Action buttons on each card:

Contacts — expands the card to show all related contacts: Name, Phone, Email, additional Addresses. Supports one-to-many customers. Click again to collapse.
Access Notes — expands to show access instructions captured at job creation.
Notes — expands to show general job notes.
Payments — expands to list any payments recorded for the job.
Documents — expands to show attached files.

Drag-and-Drop rescheduling (Daily):
Each card has a 12-dot drag handle. Drag a card to a new time.
A Change Schedule popup appears:
Schedule Date
Start Time (drop-down)
End Time (drop-down)
Duration (auto-calculated after selecting Start/End)
Notify Customer (checkbox)
Cancel / Confirm
Click Confirm to reschedule; the Daily view updates immediately.
Weekly Calendar
How to Access: From the dashboard, click Calendar on the sidebar, then select Weekly.
The Weekly view keeps the same header and filters. The date display shows the month, and arrows move between months. The grid displays your working days on the X-axis (e.g., Monday–Friday) and working hours on the Y-axis.
Each job/event appears as a card positioned by day (column) and time (vertical placement).
Height of the card reflects the duration (e.g., a 10:00–12:00 job spans that two-hour block).
Click a card to see key details: Service Name, Time, Status, Property Address, Assigned Team/Employees, plus a Close (X) and a Redirect button to open the job.
Rescheduling in Weekly:
Drag & Drop a card to another day/time to move it.
Stretch the top/bottom edge to increase/decrease duration (cursor changes to an arrow near the edge).
You’ll see the same Change Schedule popup with Notify Customer, Cancel, and Confirm.
Jobs and Events both appear in Weekly (and Monthly).
Monthly Calendar
How to Access: From the dashboard, click Calendar on the sidebar, then select Monthly.
The Monthly view presents a month grid with the same header controls and filters as Weekly. You’ll see each day’s jobsand events listed within its cell.
Tap a card to view details (same information and redirect option as Weekly).
Drag & Drop a card to another day to move it; confirm via the Change Schedule popup.
The Monthly layout offers the same core actions as Weekly, optimized for a month-at-a-glance plan.
