Why is this important?
The Jobs List Page is the operational dashboard for your business. It allows you to see exactly what stage every job is in—whether it's just a request, currently in progress (Start Job), or finished (Complete). You can also view the total revenue potential for each status at a glance.
1. Accessing the Jobs List
Log in to your WIZniche dashboard.
Click on the Three-Line Sidebar menu (top left).
Click on Jobs.
The page will load automatically, defaulting to the All view.
2. Understanding Status Tabs
At the top of the page, your jobs are organized into eight specific stages. Click a tab to filter the list instantly:
All: The default view showing every job history.
Requested: Jobs requested by a client but not yet confirmed.
Pending: Created internally but not yet scheduled.
Scheduled: Confirmed with a date and time.
OMW (On My Way): Technician is en route to the site.
Start Job: Work has officially begun.
Complete: Work is finished.
Cancelled: The job was called off.
At a Glance: Each tab header displays two key metrics:
The Count of jobs in that status.
The Total Dollar Amount value of those jobs.
3. Searching, Sorting & Filtering
You can find specific jobs quickly using the search bar or the advanced column filters.
The Search Bar
Located above the table, use this to perform keyword searches by:
Customer Name
Service Type
Service Item
Column Filters (Funnel Icons)
Click the Funnel Icon next to specific column headers to narrow down your results:
Date: Filter by Today, This Week, Last Week, or a Custom Range.
Service Type: Multi-select specific services (e.g., show only "Installations").
Customer Type: Filter by "Homeowner" vs "Business".
Status: Filter by one or multiple statuses.
Employee: View jobs assigned to a specific technician.
4. Customizing Your View
You can control exactly what data is shown on your screen using the Header Actions in the top right.
Settings (Gear Icon): Click this to add or remove columns. You can enable extra details like Street, State, City, Zip, Payment Status, Notes, or Tags.
Print: Generates a printer-friendly version of your currently filtered list.
Download: Exports your current view to PDF or Excel for external reporting.
(+) Create: A shortcut to start a new job immediately.
5. Quick Actions (Edit & Manage)
Every row in the list has a Three-Dot Action Menu in the Actions column. Clicking this gives you options specific to the job's current status.
Pending Jobs: You typically see options to Edit Job or Delete Job.
Scheduled/Active Jobs: You will see Edit Job.
Completed Jobs: Editing options may be restricted to preserve data integrity.
Note: Options are tailored to the status. For example, you generally cannot "Delete" a job that has already been completed or invoiced; you would need to Cancel it instead.
