Accessing the Assessment List Page

  1. From your dashboard, open the sidebar menu.

  2. Click on Assessments.

  3. This opens your main Assessment table, defaulting to the "All" view.

Filtering & Organizing Your View

The table provides several tools to help you find specific assessments quickly:

1. Smart Columns & Filters Certain columns have a Filter Icon (funnel) next to the header name.

  • Date: Filter by specific date ranges.

  • Customer Type: View only "Homeowner" or "Commercial" assessments.

  • Employee: See only assessments assigned to a specific technician.

2. Column Customization Click the Settings Icon (usually near the print/download buttons) to toggle columns on or off, such as Street, State, City, or Assessment Number.

3. Status Tabs At the top of the table, you can switch between tabs to see only assessments in specific stages:

  • Pending: Created but not yet executed.

  • Scheduled: Confirmed with a date and time.

  • On My Way: Technician is en route.

  • Start Job: Technician has begun the assessment.

  • Completed: Assessment is finished.

  • Cancelled: Assessment was called off.

Editing & Deleting

  • Edit: You can edit an assessment at any stage by clicking on it.

  • Delete: You can only delete assessments that are in the Pending stage. Once an assessment is Scheduled or Completed, it cannot be deleted (to preserve history), but it can be Cancelled.

Exporting Data

You have three options to export your list:

  • Print: Click the Print Icon for a printer-friendly version.

  • PDF: Click Export to PDF for a document version.

  • Excel: Click Export to Excel for a spreadsheet version.
