Property List Page

Learn to manage saved properties and locations in WIZniche!

Overview

This article walks you through the Property List Page. You’ll learn how to open it, look at the map preview, search, customize columns, bulk import properties, export or print, create a new property, filter and sort the table, and open a full Property Profile.


How to Access: From the dashboard, open the three-line menu, click Customers on the sidebar, then click Properties to open the Property List Page.

Map Preview

At the top, a Google Map preview shows your properties across the area. Each location is highlighted with a red pin marker so you can quickly see how your properties are spread out.


Search Filter

On the Property List header, use the Search bar.

Start typing to search your properties and narrow the table results instantly.


Column Settings

Click Settings (gear) on the Property List header.

  • Default columns:

    • Actions

    • Property Address

    • Service Type

    • Job Status

    • Tags

    • Total Jobs

  • Optional columns (enable via checkboxes):

    • Street, City, State, Zip, Unit Status, Year Build, Foundation Type, Floor Plan, Basement Type, Building Type, Facility

  • Use Select All to toggle every optional column at once.


Print

Click Print in the header.

Opens a Print Preview of the current, filtered list for a clean hard copy.


Upload (Bulk Import)

Click Upload in the header.

A popup appears with bulk import instructions and controls:

  • Choose File to upload CSV or Excel (XLSX).

  • Download Sample File to get the template (XLSX).

  • Guidelines:

    • All your information must be in one file.

    • The top row must contain a header title for each column.

    • Include all required fields.

    • Import files with 5,000 records or less.

After choosing your file, start the import to add properties to the list.


Download (Export)

Click Download in the header.

Export the current list as PDF or Excel for reporting or data review.


+ New Property

Click + in the header.

Opens the New Property form where you can enter all relevant details (the same fields that appear as optional columns).


Table Columns & Filters

Use the table headers and funnel icons.

  • Service Type — filter by one or many service types.

  • Job Status — filter by statuses such as Requested, Pending, Scheduled, OMW (On My Way), Start Job, Complete.

  • Tags — filter by any tag(s).

  • Total Jobs — shows the total jobs linked to each property (e.g., 514).

  • Sorting — click any column name to sort ascending/descending.

Tip: You can combine multiple column filters to narrow results further.


Row Actions

How to Access: In the Actions column for any property, open the menu.

  • View Property — opens the Property Profile.


Property Profile (What You’ll See)

From the Property List, click View Property in the Actions menu.

  • Pinpoint Map Location and Google Street View

  • Jobs, Quotes, Invoices history

  • Warranty Plans, Service Plans

  • Photos & Docs

  • Lifetime Value, Balance view
