Overview

The Invoice List Page is where users can manage and track invoices by category, apply filters, sync with QuickBooks, and take further actions like printing or creating new invoices. It includes tabs by status, sortable/filterable columns, and an action menu for efficient invoice handling.

Accessing the Invoice List Page

From the sidebar menu from the dashboard.
Click on "Invoices" to open the Invoice List Page.

Status Tabs

Located at the top of the page, these tabs help users quickly switch between invoice categories:

All – All invoices; shows total amount and count
Past Due – Overdue invoices
Current – Invoices that are due now
Paid – Fully paid invoices
Unbilled – Services not yet converted to invoices

Each tab shows the total dollar amount and number of invoices in brackets.

Table Columns & Filters

The Invoice table offers sortable and filterable columns for easy navigation and data segmentation:

Column	Features
Invoice	Sortable; invoice numbers are clickable links that open the full invoice details
Customer	Sortable and filterable; filter by customer type
Service	Sortable and filterable; select from available service types
Amount Due	Sortable
Schedule Date	Sortable and filterable using predefined ranges (Today, This Month, Last 30 Days, etc.) or custom date selection
Sync Status	Displays QuickBooks sync state

Use the search bar above the table to look up invoices by number, customer, or keyword.

Top Bar Functions

Search Field – Quick lookup for invoices
Connect/Sync to QuickBooks – Either connects to or syncs with QuickBooks
Column Settings (Gear Icon) – Show/hide columns by checking boxes
Print – Print the invoice list with current filters applied
Download – Export invoice data to PDF or Excel
+ (New Invoice) – Create a new invoice directly from this page

Navigation & Reminders

Breadcrumb Navigation – Shows your last 6 visited pages for easy backtracking
