Efficient property management is crucial for service businesses, and WIZniche simplifies this process through its user-friendly interface and powerful features.

Navigating to Property Management

To access property management in WIZniche, follow these simple steps:

  1. Sidebar Navigation: Start by clicking the Properties option in the sidebar menu.

  2. Properties Page: You will be directed to the Properties page, where you can seamlessly manage all your properties.

Properties Overview

Upon entering the Properties page, you will find a range of tools and features designed to streamline property management:

Interactive Map

  • Visualize Your Properties: The page opens with an interactive map displaying all your properties as pinpoints. You can scroll and zoom on the map to view each property's location.

  • Detailed Property Information: Clicking on a pinpoint reveals the property's address and the total number of appointments associated with that property.

  • Google Maps Integration: Switch to street view for a closer look. The map is powered by Google Maps, ensuring accuracy and interactivity.

Invoice Count

  • Invoice Status: Below the map is an Invoice Count section, which provides a breakdown of your invoices based on their status.

    • Pending

    • Scheduled

    • On My Way (OMW)

    • Start Job

    • Complete

    • Cancelled

    • Total

Property Search

  • Quick Property Lookup: Use the search bar to find a specific property by entering its address. WIZniche quickly fetches the property, making navigation hassle-free.

  • Filter by Property Status: Next to the search bar, a dropdown menu allows you to filter properties by status, selecting either "Active" or "Inactive."

Advanced Filtering

  • Customized Filtering: The "Filter" button opens various advanced filtering options. You can filter properties by various criteria, including:

    • Customer Type

    • Date Range

    • Employees

    • Status

    • Service Type

    • Warranty Plan

    • Service Plan

    • Tags

Clear Filters: If needed, the "Clear" button instantly removes all applied filters, giving you a clean slate for your property search.

Column Selection

  • Tailored Display: Customize the table view by selecting which columns to display. Columns such as property address, year built, and basement type are shown by default. However, according to your preferences, you can display additional columns, such as street, floor plan, and foundation.

  • Effortless Property Addition: The New Property button simplifies adding a new property. Clicking it opens a pop-up window to add a new property to your list.

Additional Actions

  • Three-Dot Menu: Found next to the New Property button, the three-dot menu offers essential property management actions, including:

    • Print

    • Import

    • Export

Property Management Table

  • Detailed Property List: The main table displays all your properties' essential details, including property address, year built, and basement type.

  • Sorting Options: Each column in the table has an arrow button that allows you to sort the properties in ascending or descending order. You can quickly sort by total appointment numbers or other criteria.

  • Action Column: The Action column provides quick access to property-related actions:

    • View Property Details: This option directs you to a dedicated property page to access extensive information.

    • Edit Property: Use this option to edit property details. It opens the same pop-up window as the New Property button.

    • Delete Property: Remove a property from your list by clicking the delete option.

  • Pagination: The property management table includes options for smooth navigation through your property list.
