How to add a Property in WIZniche

Save a property or location in WIZniche!

Overview

The Properties module in WIZniche lets you store detailed information about service or shipping locations.
Adding properties ensures jobs, invoices, and customer records are linked to the correct location, saving time and preventing address errors.


Navigation

  1. From your Dashboard, click the + Create button.

  2. Select Property.

  3. The Add New Property sidebar form will open.


Property Form Sections

1. Address

  • Begin typing the address.

  • Google suggestions will appear — select the correct one.

  • Once selected, a large Google Street View preview will show the property’s location.

  • You can adjust the location directly on the map by dragging the marker.


2. Address Details

  • Once an address is selected, the Address Details section opens automatically.

  • You can review or manually enter:

    • Street Address

    • Unit (if applicable)

    • City

    • State

    • ZIP Code


3. Property Details

Fill in the following optional but useful fields:

  • Year Built – Enter the year the property was constructed.

  • Foundation Type – Dropdown options:

    • Slab

    • Concrete

    • Stone

    • Block Wall

  • Floor Plan – Dropdown options:

    • Split Level

    • Bilevel / Raised Ranch

    • Reverse Story

    • Half Story

    • Two Story

  • Basement Type – Dropdown options:

    • Full In-Ground

    • Walk-Out

    • Slab on Grade

    • Crawl Space

    • Basement with Crawl Space

  • Building Type – Dropdown options:

    • Single Family Home

    • Multi-Family Home

    • Commercial

  • Facility – Free text field to add any other property or facility details.


Saving the Property

Once the details are entered:

  • Save – Adds the property to your system.

  • Cancel – Discards the form.


Where Properties Are Stored

  • All newly created properties appear in the Property List Page.

  • From there, you can:

    • Search for properties by address, building type, or other details.

    • Edit existing properties.

    • Link properties to customers, jobs, and invoices.
