The Project List Page shows every project in one table, so you can see what's active, what's done, and how much money is coming in.
How to Get There
Click the three-line menu to open the sidebar, then click Projects.
Your Numbers at the Top
Total Projects: Every project you have.
Active Projects: Projects your team is working on.
Completed: Projects that are finished.
Total Revenue: The total of everything customers have paid across all your projects.
Filter by Status
Use the tabs to see one group at a time: All, Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled. Each tab shows how many projects are in it. The numbers at the top stay the same when you switch tabs.
Example: Click In Progress to see only the projects your team is working on right now.
What Each Column Tells You
Actions: The pencil opens the project to edit. The trash can deletes it.
Project #: The project's number.
Progress: A bar and percentage showing how much of the work is done.
Start Date: When the project begins. Click the filter icon to show projects in a date range.
Project Name
Customer: Click the filter icon to find projects for one customer.
Project Lead: The team member in charge, if one is set.
Amount: The project's total amount. Click the heading to sort by amount.
Status: Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled.
Search, Print, and Export
Search: Type a project name, project number, customer, or project lead.
Print: Click the print icon to print your list.
Export: Click the download icon to save your list as a PDF or an Excel file.
Start a New Project
Click the blue Add New Project button, to quickly start creating a new Project.
