Job: Using and Adding Checklists on Jobs

Ensuring compliance with mandatory forms.

Checklist Tab

  • Configuration: Add one or many pre-configured checklists from your WIZniche Settings. Click Here to learn more about setting up checklists.

  • Components: Checklists may include text fields, Pass/Flag/Fail buttons, and checkboxes.

  • Restrictions: The system supports Job Completion Restriction, meaning technicians may be blocked from completing the job until checklists are finished.

Complete the required checklists and click submit to record your result.

Manually Adding Checklists to a Job:

From the same Checklist Tab, using the + Checklist button, you can add any number of pre configured checklists you want to add on this Job.
