Step 3: Converting to Paid Work

The ultimate goal is conversion. From the deal sidebar, you can instantly turn a lead into a transaction without re-typing data.

  • Create Quote: Generates a new estimate linked to this deal.

  • Convert to Invoice: Skips the quote and bills the client immediately.

  • Convert to Job: Allows you to schedule the job on your calendar.

  • Convert to Assessment: Allows you to schedule an assessment on your calendar.

Note: Once converted, the button changes to show the linked record (e.g., "Quote #1024"). You can click "View Deal" on that Quote/Job to trace it back to the original lead.
