Enabling the Send Notification Toggle for the Customer Profile
Open the Customer Profile:
Click the Edit button in the top right corner.
A side panel titled Edit Customer will open.
Make sure the Send Text Notification toggle is turned on in the Contact Information Section.
Click Save.
