Accessing the Customer Profile
Log in to your WIZniche account.
From the left-hand sidebar, click Customers.
From the customer row actions, click on View Customer.
You’ll be taken to that customer’s profile page.
Contact Details & Communication
Message: Click on the Message icon to view and send text to the customer.
Direct Action: Click on an email address to send an email, or tap a phone number to call directly.
