Customers: Understanding the Customer Profile

This guide helps you understand the customer profile.

The Header Stats

At the very top of the profile, you get a quick financial summary:

  • Customer Name: The full name of the customer.

  • Lifetime Value: Total amount billed to this client to date.

  • Customer Persona: The Type of the customer.

  • Phone and Email: Contact information of the customer.

  • Balance Due: Any outstanding payments currently owed.

  • Notification Status: Whether the Send Notification toggle for this customer is turned on/off.

Understanding the Tabs

You’ll find seven tabs across the top of the page to navigate different data sets:

  • Assessments: All past and active assessments.

  • Quotes: Estimates shared with the customer.

  • Jobs: All past and active service jobs.

  • Invoices: Full billing record and the ability to bulk pay invoices.

  • Warranty Plans: Active or expired warranties.

  • Service Plans: Ongoing maintenance contracts.

  • Photos & Docs: Uploaded files and pictures.
